RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
JoyBoost has a no questions asked Return and Exchange policy
We mean it when we say your 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your JoyBoost item we will take it back for exchange or refund. No strings or complications of any kind. We cover shipping for returns in the US too. We want to make it right and easy.
Returning your JoyBoost item
JoyBoost wants to get you the joyful you deserve. Follow these easy steps to send back your original purchase:

In the email please include the following:

- Phone number:
- Name of hat you are returning:
Once approved, a return label will be sent to your email
2. Print return label and ship via correct carrier
Exchanging your JoyBoost item

3. Send back your hat. For returns in the US we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email along with detailed instructions on how to complete your return or exchange.
Refunds on products purchased from us will be issued upon arrival of the returned product. (Refunds are issued Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 24 hours upon arrival at the JoyBoost warehouse to receive your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or gift card)
We want to get you your new hat as soon as we can! Once the return product is received at the bigtruck® warehouse, we will send out your new hat! (Products will be shipped Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 24 hours upon arrival at the bigtruck® warehouse to allow us to receive your hat and send out your new desired hats. In the event that you are exchanging the original product for a more expensive product, we will reach out to collect payment on the remaining amount before shipping out the new hat.)
International Refunds or Exchanges
In the case that you wish to return or exchange your item for a refund or different product but live outside of the US we ask you please send the item(s) back to us at the address below with a note listing your name, order number, and stating whether it is a return or exchange. If it is an exchange please list the hat desired in exchange. We will reach out to you to collect payment for the shipping amount of the exchange order.
